The Heart-to-Heart Program is a student-facing video series that guides short, meaningful classroom conversations. Each 5–7 minute talk is paired with discussion prompts and optional activities to help students build confidence, communication skills, and connection.

Heart-to-Heart Talks are designed to fit naturally into morning meetings, transitions, or community-building time. Classrooms often use them weekly or biweekly to support focus, engagement, and proactive behavior management strategies.
