I’ll share the one method that can stop classroom chaos before it starts…
Imagine walking into your classroom knowing that when things go sideways, during transitions, group work, or those extra-wiggly moments, you already know exactly what to do.
Kids too chatty?
→ A short lesson on listening.
A conflict at the table?
→ Language and routines for problem-solving and repair.
Big feelings taking over?
→ Tools for self-control and calming down.
Pushing back on expectations?
→ Clear lessons on consequences and responsibility.
Learn The Heart-Centered Method
Practical strategies and skill-building that help students regulate, communicate, and learn together.
Lead with Empathy
Start with steady, calm leadership. When you’re clear and regulated, students feel it, and the room settles faster.
Build the Skills Behind Behavior
Most behavior issues aren’t defiance. They’re missing skills. Teach those skills directly, and behavior improves over time.
Intentional Delivery
Simple cues, movement, and clear language keep students engaged without stopping the lesson.
Calm, Student-Owned Routines
Create routines students understand and practice so you can spend less time giving reminders.

Hi! I'm Andriana!
I spent years reflecting on my teaching practice, recording myself teaching, and paying close attention to what actually worked for classroom and behavior management.
One thing became crystal clear. When students feel regulated, connected, and supported, learning comes naturally, and school days become more enjoyable, all around.
As I began sharing these in-action teaching videos with other teachers, I realized how many were searching for the same thing. They wanted to calm the chaos and have more peaceful, joyful school days.
That’s what led me to create the Heart-Centered Method and the tools that help teachers build calm, connected classrooms on purpose.
Support that meets teachers and students where they are, every day.
Teacher Goals
- I want students to feel welcome in our class.
- I want students to meet our classroom expectations.
- I want students to listen to and care for one another.
- I want students to listen to me.
- I want to respond calmly when students are struggling in the classroom.
- I want students to feel comfortable asking for help when they need it.
Student Goals
- I can understand that everyone learns in their own way.
- I can be kind to myself when things feel hard.
- I can see how working together helps us do great things.
- I can stop, look, and listen when someone is speaking.
- I can communicate my thoughts and feelings clearly
- I can ask questions to learn new things.
Why Use The Heart-Centered Method?
Because your day runs better when kids know how to regulate, stay engaged, and move through learning together. The Heart-Centered Method combines practical teaching moves, skill-building lessons, and ready-to-use tools that actually work in real classrooms.
